Business Analyst - 2 years fixed term contract CBD Based 2 years fixed term contract Government Department Our client requires 2 x Business Analyst to work on the Payroll Reform Program. The focus of the work will be on transitioning of the CHRIS 5 system to the CHRIS 21 environment. What background and essential skills do I need? Demonstrated analytical and process management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Proven experience in enterprise wide requirement definition and process management design and methodologies. Relevant experience in business, technical and financial analysis and continuous improvement processes. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Project. Payroll systems in a large corporate or government environment - CHRIS 5 and/or CHRIS 21 experience.
